Fringe Sport Digital Gym Timer

The timer has a remote control that provides the user the ability to start Fight Gone Bad or a 20/10 TABATA with the push of a single button. Three pings to begin work, one ping to begin rest. The timer has a 10 second countdown programmed for every workout to allow the users time to get in the zone. The timer pings four times at the end of the countdown for -GO! The timer can be programmed to count up to or down from a set time. The timer kit includes two mounting brackets with mounting hardware to allow the user to mount the timer at their desired location.
